Shipping policy

If you have not received your package in about a week after the scheduled date, payment will not be refunded but a replacement can be made.

 

If the product is damaged send the product back to receive a replacement for the damaged item. Return labels will be provide for all damaged products. The returned item must be received within 15 days. The return label will be sent through email. 

Items will be sent by regular mail unless express shipping is requested.

All custom crochet orders do not have a turn around time. Please keep in mind large custom crochet orders such as sets will take longer to complete. Please plan order accordingly.
